When reading todos synchronised from Outlook, comes an error - UnspecifiedError10

The code:
defaultManager = new QOrganizerManager();
QList<QOrganizerItem> entries = defaultManager->items(dateFrom, dateTo,QOrganizerItemFilter());

qDebug() << defaultManager->error(); = QOrganizerManager::UnspecifiedError10

We synchronised into telephone some todos (tasks, not appointments!!!) and at reading this way it raises an error
