Commit the requested image/audio/video settings when the camera moves to ActiveStatus. This way the settings will be effective e.g. right after changing the capture mode in ActiveStatus. Performance wise it is thus best to set the settings in UnloadedStatus or LoadedStatus with the new implementation (otherwise camera is first prepared with the default settings).
