Monitor whether the user turned GPS/network positioning methods on or off

In my application, I just want to monitor if the user turn on or turn
off the GPS/network positioning methods during my application is
running,is there any way to do that?
Actually, I want to monitor "settings->application settings->positioning->positioning methods" value's change
