Random: Mailboxes stopped working as messageserver aborts @ "g_main_context_init_pipe"

After using the Email application over the weekend, somehow it ended up in a
situation where the read messages were shown as Unread.

1. Unread messages in the Inbox or in the favorite folders.
2. Open any read message and from the message view navigate back to list view.
3. Check the read/status of the message opened in step 1.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
After step 2, the status of the message should change to "Read".

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
The message stays in "Unread" status

Even attempts to mark messages as read or unread through context menu does not
have any impact.

Logs show a lot of:
void QCopClient::connectToServer() QLocalSocket::ConnectionRefusedError
"QLocalSocket::connectToServer: Connection refused"

Not sure if this has something to do with connection, I checked my internet
connection and it was all fine, was able to browse using web application as
well.

I have experienced this twice over the weekend and both the times, only a
device reboot helped me to get rid of this problem.
