Problems with simultaneus mp3 and wav playback using QMediaPlayer and different volume settings.

      Use test application to reproduce the error. Sample sound includes lot of silence so it's easy to detect this bug.

      1) Load MP3 and start the playback after 1s.
      2) Load Sample and start the playback after 1s.
      3) You will notice that volume of the MP3 song will boost during sample playback.
      4) There is a cracking sound when sample sound ends.

      Two bugs: volume boost during mixing and sound cracking at the end of sample sound.
