QMediaPlaylist::load() - invalid URL generated for files with # in them in m3u playlists.

Load a m3u file that has a ref to a mp3 song with a # in it.
Then get the QMediaContent::canonicalUrl() from that.
Ask call QUrl::toLocalFile() and notice the file gets truncated at the #.
