QVersitReader unit tests has bad configuration

tests/auto/qversitreader/qversitreader.pro

has requires(contains(build_unit_tests, yes)) but the upper layer SUBDIRS project file does not have the clause. This causes the subdirs project file to generate makefile references to the auto test however none of the file are actually generated.

Either remove the check or add it also to the subdirs project file.
