Description
SOFTWARE VERSION:
EAP wk-13
PROBLEM:
Doc says that the QVersitContactExporter::errorMap() returns the map of errors
encountered in the most recent call to exportContacts(). which can be
EmptyContactError or NoNameError error.
Note:-
But As per below comment on Bug-235336
Wu Won Kevin (Nokia) 2011-03-18 02:24:19 EET
The only errors we ever defined for QVersitContactExporter were
EmptyContactError an NoNameError. At some point after Qt Mobility 1.0, we
received complaints because clients were routinely passing in empty contacts
(with no names) and the failure thrown by Qt Versit was undesirable. So I
removed the possibility of generating those errors (ie. it now just succeeds in
creating the empty, albeit invalid, vCard). Because these were the only
errors, QVersitContactExporter now never fails.
Perhaps the documentation should be fixed to explain this, but it is expected
behavior
The documentation should change.
