Building with Qt master branch failed

Qt Mobility (All version!) isn't build with Qt trunk now (master branch) because
abff4d5090c1706c44485bbe3689a0e339c26a9b in Qt killed Q_GLOBAL_STATIC_INIT macro.

To fix it, you only need same changes in bearer/qnetworkconfigmanager.cpp as this Qt revision did.

There is also another issue related to Service Framework autotests:
