Symbian does not implement QBluetoothLocalDevice::HostDiscoverableLimitedInquiry

Symbian supports Limited Inquiry for device/service discovery, but does not support setting the local device into Limited Inquiry mode. An enum was created for this mode, and it should implement this in the backend.
