(Qmail-3368) QMessageService::retrieveHeader() and QMessageService::retrieveBody() return false

1. QMessageService::retrieveHeader() always returns false. If header has already been retrieved for a mail, then it should return true.
2. MessageService::retrieve(), QMessageService::retrieveBody() methods return false and QMessageService::error() returns QMessageManager::RequestIncomplete. It often happens for various email accounts. We tried to pass IDs objects retrieved by QMessageManager::queryMessages() and QMessageService::queryMessages() and all of them are valid and have not content available (checked by isContentAvailable method).
