Playback rate of QML video element is not respected when video playback restarts on Symbian

Using bluewheel test application, or QML in http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/secure/attachment/20449/main.qml, it is possible to adjust the playback rate of the video. However, if playback of the file is automatically restarted at EOF, the playback rate is not respected. Playback rate is reported as >1, but actual playback occurs at normal speed.
