The generated vCard has a property:
N;CHARSET=UTF-8;CHARSET=UTF-8;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRIN
TABLE:=C2=A3=24=E2=82=AC;=C2=A3=24=E2=82=AC=C2=A3=24=E2=82=AC;;;

Note the repeated CHARSET and ENCODING parameters. These should only be shown once.
