Attachments are clipped in size when Sending a plain or HTML using either serviceaction or writemessage. Note that problem does not occur if using "Compose" functionality in serviceaction, ie using MS Outlook to complete the message compostion & sending.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Transfer the file avatar1.png provided in this task to the target
2. Launch serviceeaction
3. Fill in values for To, Subject, Content
4. Click "Add attachment" menu item and select avatar1.png
5. Click on "Send" menu entry

Expected behavior
The attached file be preserved and not clipped to a size of 4kb

Note:

• It has been confirmed that the Outlook on the device can send complete email with attached avatar1.png
• It has been confirmed that this issues does not occur for Linux (using QMF)
