QFeedbackActuator we are not able to generate the busy state [Bugzilla 221366]

      for reference i am attaching the .cpp file

      STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
      (Be precise and specific! Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on 'OK')
      and what you see/hear (message 'Connection failed' appears and a beep can be
      heard))
      1. Get the default actuators.
      2. Enable the actuator.
      3. Set the QFeedbackHapticsEffect to play a haptics effect.
      4. Play some feedback file and get the state as Ready.
      5. While playing the effect once again try to play the same feedback it should
      get the busy state.

      EXPECTED OUTCOME:
      It should return the busy state

      ACTUAL OUTCOME:
      its returning Ready state only

      since QFeedback was not there we are assigning it to General/packaging
      component.
