QSystemInfo::currentLanguage() returns empty string in Thai English

    Description

      Error can be reproduced with Symbian 3 phone with Thai variant (in N8, variant 20, containing English and Thai).

      1. Have English as the phone language.
      2. Call QSystemInfo::currentLanguage()
      => Function returns empty string

      Expected behaviour: function should return "en".

      Thai variant contains a special version of English, "Thai English", having Symbian language code 161,

      I haven't tried this with other languages, but other languages worth verifying are codes 157 - 160 and India English (230).
