The QMessageManager Error enum should be extended with 2 new error codes, CouldNotConnect and TimedOut, corresponding to KErrCouldNotConnect and KErrTimedOut respectively.

Additionally these error codes should be used appropriately when sending messages using QMessageService send() and ideally for other QMessageService network operations also.

N/A for email sending. Message goes to Outbox and e.g. while roaming connection is not necessarily established and message is sent during next sync. => SMS/MMS specific, in email case Outbox is the next destination and the connection is often not immediate.
