The panic can be easily reproduced with following steps:
1. write a service provider which will show a window.
2. Auto launch the service provider, when the window appears click "Exit" button immediately, the panic may appear
3. if in step 2 the panic not appear, just repeat step 2 serveral times, the panic should appear.

According to the log, the panic appear in QServiceManager::LoadInteface(...); the panic number is KERN-EXEC, 0;
