Calling QMediaPlayer::setVideoOutput() before TLW has been shown causes crash on Symbian

Test environment:
Nokia 5800
Qt 4.7.2 (built from qt-s60-public/4.7 commit 4ec245a3)
QtMobility 1.1.1 (built from qtm-multimedia/1.1 commit dc2864ba)

Crash is WSERV-6.

Note that this does not occur on the N8.
