msvc2008\bin\servicexmlgen.exe doesn't run

      When trying to run msvc2008\bin\servicexmlgen.exe I get the following error:
      "The procedure entry point ?inputMethodQuery@QLineEdit@@UBE?AVQVariant@@W4InputMethodQuery@Qt@@@Z coould not be located in the dynamic link library QtGui4.dll"
