Test application required for Service Discovery - Bluetooth Device Address

For the usecase:
Service Discovery - "The ability to limit the result set based on Bluetooth device address, service UUID"
btfiletransfer only shows service UUID which is used by OBEX push but there is no test application to limit to Bluetooth Device Address.
