ItemLayer blocks mouse events intended for its children

      I first discovered this issue with a ListView, but it turns out that it applies to a simple MouseArea as well. When the mouse-handling element is the child of an ItemLayer, the mouse events no longer reach it.

      This is confirmed on the Desktop MCU emulator, will follow up if/when I try it on a real MCU.
