If I create a task & in one go assign it to someone I often want to add a comment like "xxx, you probably should handle this because you have the most experience with YYY" or something alike to a task. This shoulnd't go into the official Task Description, though. Adding the comment afterwards leads to multiple e-mail notifications.

This is only useful for the internal JIRA, though.
