Installer checking space of root directory and refusing to install

    Description

      I'm trying to install Qt-5.2.1 under my home directory, but the installer seems to always check the free space on the root directory. I have tried setting TMPDIR, TMP, and TEMP environment variables to a location with lots of free space, but apparently they were ignored.
