Description
I download Qt 5.1.0 for Windows 32-bit (MinGW 4.8, OpenGL, 666 MB)
When I try to install it from a normal user account to a folder owned by that normal user, I have two options. First, I can try to install it as a normal user. Second, I can give the admin password to install it as admin. In both cases, it gives me an error ("Error while elevating access rights.") and installation finishes.
When I install it from an admin account, it doesn't give me any error. In fact, I can use the Qt Creator version that comes from the bundle from there without any errors. BUT, when I change to a normal user account and run Qt Creator (BTW, it doesn't appear in the Start program menu) the program appears, but it doesn't respond to user interaction and has to be manually terminated.
