Using the 'tutorial' example
Put a file called `d3dcompiler_47.dll` into the component 'data' folder;
Execute the command:

`/c/Qt/Tools/QtInstallerFramework/4.5/bin/binarycreator.exe -c ./config/config.xml -p ./packages installer`
Error extracting archive while installing:
