attempt to install 6.5.0-beta1 on mac fails

1. on mac intel (seems to work on arm?)
2. run latest maintenance tool
3. pick "add or remove components"
4. attempt to install 6.5.0-beta1->macos

result:

Error during installation process (qt.qt6.650.clang_64):
