Dynamic page names are not translated properly in the page list

Problem:

A dynamic page's name is not translated properly when it is initially added to the page list.
It appears in English until "Next" is clicked.

The problem can be seen quite clearly in the translations example provided as part of the installer framework.

Reproduction steps:

Build the "installer-framework/examples/translations" example installer. 

Run the installer on a German OS.

Expected result: 
The dynamic page should appear in the page list in English as follows:

Actual result:

If you click "Next" (Weiter) it does then translate to German and stays German thereafter.

But that shouldn't be necessary - it should have appeared in German in the first instance.
