    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create repository with contents:
        •  <PackageUpdate>
            <Name>componentA</Name>
            <DisplayName>Component A</DisplayName>
            <Description>Component with tree name, is replaced by other component.</Description>
            <Version>1.0.0</Version>
            <ReleaseDate>2022-01-01</ReleaseDate>
            <TreeName>AToNewRoot</TreeName>
           </PackageUpdate>
           <PackageUpdate>
            <Name>componentB</Name>
            <DisplayName>Component B</DisplayName>
            <Description>Component that replaces other component</Description>
            <Version>1.0.0</Version>
            <ReleaseDate>2022-01-01</ReleaseDate>
            <Replaces>componentA</Replaces>
           </PackageUpdate>

      • Run an installer with with the generated repository

      • Expected: component B should replace component A
      • Actual: both components exist in the component tree
