Missing the window title translation "Unable to start installer"

Thank you for message translation to Polish, but the window title is stil in English.

"Unable to start" = "Nie można uruchomić"

There is a slight translation error

replace:
Inna instancja installer już działa. Poczekaj, aż zakończy działanie , i zamknij ją lub uruchom ponownie system.

by:
Inna instancja installer już działa. Poczekaj, aż zakończy działanie i zamknij ją lub uruchom ponownie system.

Putting a comma in front of the "i" is a misspelling
