Modifying or uninstalling opens the app instead of the installer

My app name is Plans Converter, so I changed the maintenance tool name in the configuration file to Plans Converter Maintenance Tool.

When trying to uninstall the app through Windows settings, the app uninstalls normally. However, when using an external removal tool, the app opens instead of the uninstaller. The same applies when trying to modify.

I tried again without the maintenance tool name change in the config file (so using the default name) and it worked both on Windows settings and the external removal tool.

I tracked down the issue and found that the ModifyPath and UninstallString properties in the registry contain spaces without the double quotation. When I add the quotation manually, it works without problems. See the attached images. I believe the same should be done to DisplayIcon and InstallLocation.
