Clarify how to proceed, when installing open-source Qt after expire evaluation

After expired evaluation, the message in the Setup Qt page is not clear enough. Even though the Next button is enabled, users see the error messages and they think the installation cannot be completed. 

We should add on liner: "Alternatively you can continue with the Qt Open-Source installation."
