Create a new UI wireframe for the installer

The new installer wireframe is defined in the attached file. The big change is the navigation sidebar on the left.

It has been decided that the navigation sidebar is used, but it must not contain any checkboxes or bullets. Simple page names are sufficient. Pages, not visited yet, should be dimmed,. Pages visited should be in the normal text. The current page name should be in bold.
