Provide an option to disable deployment of Qt5 libraries

Currently, each Qt5 project in QtCreator automatically deploys it's own Qt5 libraries packed into the bar file.

Probably in the future there will be a Qt5 version on the devices.
Please provide an option to let the developer choose, whether he wants to deploy his own Qt5 version or use the one shipped on the device.
