cannot use code pasting with side-by-side diff viewer

    Description

      With the inline diff viewer it's possible to post patches on e.g. code pasting sites with Tools > Code pasting. With the side-by-side diff viewer this results in empty text in the code pasting dialog

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTCREATORBUG-12546 Regression: Tools > Codepasting > Paste Snippet no longer works with diff editor
