Qt Create doesnt save the Restore Down state !

      Run qt creator and Restore down and resize it then Maximize the qt creator
      and close it.
      now run qt creator again and Restore down it !! it doesnt your geometry and your size Doesnt save Restore Down geometry
      please fix this very simple bug. tnx alot
