jom 1.0.12 crashes

jom 1.0.12, included with Qt Creator 2.6.0, crashes if run without a Makefile in the current directory. jom is failing when launched from Qt Creator with the same error but I isolated it to crashing when it didn't have input files.

Output:

>\qt\qtcreator-2.6.0\bin\jom

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
