Wrong tab order in options page Build & Run Kits

1) select "Device Type" combobox
2) press tab

expected behavior:

• "Device" combobox is selected

current behavior:

• "Device" "Manage..." button is selected

notice:
Also the tab order after "Sysroot" "Browse..." Button is wrong
