Problems with certain child windows when "Always on Top" option is set to QtCreator in Window manager

Select the option "Always on Top" for QtCreator.
Now certain child windows appear on top of QtCreator which is correct whereas
certain others are displayed behind QtCreator window which is incorrect and inconsistent.

Eg: - Tools -> Code Pasting -> Fetch will show a window which appears correctly.
However Tools -> Code Pasting -> Paste Snippet window hides behind the creator window.
