Creator hangs at startup for 20 seconds

When Qt Creator starts, it tries to load remote web pages. If you have a slow internet connection, Qt Creator will do that for 20-30 seconds, and will not allow you interrupt it. If I try to restore a default session during that, Qt Creator will hang until that web pages are loaded. I believe it is not an expected IDE behaviour.
