Description
Steps:
1. Install the new package file
2. Change the language setting from Tools -> Options... -> Environment. E.g. English, Czech etc.
3. Check the localization for Tools menu.
Actual result:
Chinese characters shows in Tools menu for each language. Please refer to the screenshot
Expect result:
The elements should be localized correspondingly.
