Usability issue when adding tool chain

      1. Go to Tools -> Options... -> Build & Run -> Tool Chains.
      2. Click "Add" and select a type from the menu.
        A new tool chain will appear which needs further input. To add this data you will have to click the added tool chain first.


      Instead, the new tool chain should be selected right after creation.
