Add code style setting for formatting types

      It would be cool to be able to customize the location of the qualifiers for autocompletion results, e.g.

      void foo(const int& a)
void foo(int const& a)
void foo(int const &a)
void foo(const int &a)
void foo(int const & a)
void foo(const int & a)

      Should all be configurable.
