Project mode does not notice renaming of tool chain

      1. Have some clones of a tool chain, e.g. same compiler with different debuggers.
      2. Set up a project using one of these tool chains.
      3. Go to Projects mode.
        The clones of the tool chain are being listed.
      4. Rename one of the clones in Tools / Options.
        The list in Projects mode will not change.
