QtCreator AndroidManifest.xml only able to select .jpg image files

When selecting images for an Android project's application icon, only .jpg image files show up in the file explorer brought up.

If an image file is placed manually in the android configuration folder it will be displayed but will still not be visible to the file explorer.

Issue not present in QtCreator 7.0.0

Note that support was unable to reproduce the issue with the same QtCreator version, issue may be related to Chinese system locale
