Refactoring by mouse in header very slow

Hello,

when i add a function to header and try to use refactoring -> add to cpp the hole process using mouse is extremly slow. In general refactoring from a header file is slow (e.g. rename symbol etc.), refactoring from the cpp file on same symbol, function is much faster.
