Ability to change the Terminal shell list / choose the default shell

Currently the Terminal plugin will show a default shell in Settings and a list of shells in the + drop down menu.

I would like to have the ability to see the list of terminals in settings, choose which one is default, change order.

Other customizations would be:

• keyboard shortcut
• icon for the tab
• environment variables
