Add support for debuginfod

When I am debugging an application from CLI, GDB asks me:

This GDB supports auto-downloading debuginfo from the following URLs:
<list of URLs here>
Enable debuginfod for this session? (y or [n])

Supporting this in Qt Creator would be useful. It allows to download debug symbols for libraries that don't have them locally, for example, ones that come from distro's repositories.
