[UI] Spinner does not disappear from the check update view when the checking is complete

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open preferences and go to Environments > Update tab
      2. Click 'Check Now'

      Expected: Spinner should disappear when the check is over.

       

      Actual: Spinner does not disappear.

       

      Reproducibility:  100%
