Adjust project type options for new MCU projects in QtCreator

Using the CMake API to build QtMCUs Project is deprecated with UL-6814 and thus new projects should be added using QmlProject.

Currently in QtCreator there are two options in the New Project Wizard (For CMake and QmlProject)

Tasks:

• Update the QmlProject Wizard to be default (removes the QmlProject suffix from all pages) and make it appear first in the list
• Make the wizard for the CMake APIs second in the list and indicate that it's only meant to be used for Qt for MCUs 2.3 and lower
